Act 93 Update — June 19, 2026

Applications for the new associate/provisional licenses opened June 1, 2026; the law takes effect July 1, 2026. DCCA has dedicated additional staff and resources to process applications as quickly as possible. Apply at cca.hawaii.gov/pvl or call 1-844-808-3222 ext. 1 (Professional and Vocational Licensing Division).
